Whether you ship your gold directly through FedEx or we mail you a GOLD-CASH KIT it will cost you nothing.  We pay for all shipping and handling costs and most payment options are also free.

Are My High Value Items Protected?

We offer insurance up to $1000 on all of our transactions, but if you need your package to be insured for more you can go to USPS to get additional insurance and we will reimburse what you spend for insurance for up to $20.  Please include your insurance receipt in your shipped package.

How will I know my Payout?

How is Payout Determined?

Your payout is determined on the weight and gold content of your jewelry.  Your payout will be based on the market prices for that day.  In our confirmation email to you we will give you an itemized breakdown of your payment offer.

What Happens If I Don’t Accept My Offer?

If you decide not to accept the offer that we email you all you will need to do is email us notifying us of your decision and we will ship your items back to you free of charge. That’s our guarantee to you!
